What is a browniepop?
Browniepops™ are the perfect combination of gooey brownie interior with a crisp chocolate exterior. Made with rich, dark and moist brownie hand-dipped in chocolate. Available in 11 unique flavors, as well as seasonal favorites.


Do Browniepops contain nuts?
All Browniepops contain milk, soy, eggs and wheat. Walnut Browniepops also include tree nuts and Peanut Butter Browniepops include nuts. Browniepops are manufactured in a facility that processes nut products.


How do I store my Browniepop?
They keep best in the refrigerator, but be sure to let them come to room temp before enjoying.


How do they ship?
We ship all year round! In the summer we ship in coolers with ice packs so the pops can stay cool. Winter shipping is Ground in corrugated boxes. If left on your doorstep while you are at work and it's warm outside, the pops will indeed melt. Please ensure that someone is home when your Browniepops delivery is made. Browniepops are shipped according to the weather, and Browniepops takes no responsibility for shipments after they leave our facility.

What is our full shipping policy?
Shipping fees might increase based on weight and destination. Some rural areas have limited shipping options. A $2.00 per box handling fee may be added to all orders.

Browniepops does not ship over weekends or provide Saturday delivery. Orders are processed within 3 business days of the order date--orders placed after Tuesday at 3:00 pm will be shipped on the following Monday.

Browniepops will not guarantee or refund any damaged or delayed shipments and products. Browniepops will not be responsible for goods damaged or delayed due to weather, due to the recipient not being at the shipping destination at the time of delivery, or due to product being left outside in warm or hot temperatures.

Browniepops does not ship to international destinations or P.O. Boxes. Be sure to include the appropriate suite, apartment number and phone numbers to ensure proper delivery. We are not responsible, nor will we offer refunds for delays caused by shipping vendors due to weather, mechanical error, strikes, natural disasters, terrorism, safety control, or inaccurate shipping information.

Holidays & Deadlines:
Please place your Browniepops orders early, leaving enough time for us to produce your pops fresh and have them shipped to you before your event, holiday, or enjoyment.

Product Availability:
Some Browniepops flavors or products may be out-of-stock or on backorder. If you order a backordered or out-of-stock product we will notify you in advance of the ship date.
